Ocean Isle Beach

Ocean Isle Beach, often called the Gem of the Brunswick Islands, is a family-centered barrier island and seaside beach town at the southern-most coast of North Carolina. Ocean Isle features easy ocean access at Shallotte inlet and further south at Little River inlet with a five mile expanse of the Atlantic Intracoastal Waterway. The island is fully populated year round with private homes and has availability of rental homes, condos and hotel accommodations throughout the year as well. 

The backwater surrounding Ocean Isle has many nooks and fishing spots featuring excellent trout, red and black drum, flounder and other inshore fish depending upon the season. The island is also known for its seasonal King and Spanish mackerel trolling nearshore.
